The Software quality automation event is the place for IT managers and innovation managers that are interested in how leading companies are using MBSE platforms. The event gives the opportunity to share knowledge and experience with peers and to talk to system integrators and consulting firms at the networking market to learn about their vision and capabilities on MBSE in practice.
Get inspired by speakers from several high-tech organizations and discover the possibilities for your company. Join us on Thursday September 14th 2023 in Eindhoven to learn about innovative technologies in practice and the improvements that they enable in software quality automation!
We have inspirational speakers that will talk about their industry experience.
Senior Manager Software Integration at Thermo Fisher Scientific
Arjen joined Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2017 as senior sw program manager for the Transmission Electron Microscopes product line. Since mid-2021 he is senior R&D manager within the Global TEM SW development organization and responsible for the TEM Software Integration & Test group. In his role he is actively supporting the exploration and deployment of new and advanced software development methods. One of his current projects is the introduction and roll-out of model-based testing within the TEM software development teams. In his presentation he will share some of the learnings and challenges with the introduction of new testing techniques.
Senior Test Architect at Sioux Technologies
Bryan started at Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2022 as Test Architect in the Global TEM Software Integration & Test group (via Sioux). In his role he supports and improves the overall test architecture and helps the different development teams in the agile release trains to adopt the test strategy and identify improvement opportunities. Here the focus is on increasing the test automation coverage and aligning the different test activities over the different test levels, in order to smoothen the integration, shorten the time to release while reaching the expected quality. Besides that, Bryan actively supports the introduction and roll-out of model-based testing within the development teams in close cooperation with Axini.
Project Manager at ASML
Bor joined ASML in 2018 as Chief Product Owner and since 2021, he was assigned the role of Platform Architect in which he manages a multidisciplinary team that develops Positioning Module Qualification Tooling. Wim is always breaking ground for innovative approaches in his multidisciplinary projects. His current project is the refactoring of a qualification tool with a low-code approach to enable scale-up of ASML production. In his presentation he will share his vision and how the innovative approach is being implemented within ASML.
Leiter Digitalisierung at HEITEC AG
As head of digitization at HEITEC AG since 2023, Ali Karim attaches particular importance to standardization, modularization and increasing the efficiency of engineering processes through model-based approaches. In his talk, he goes into how virtual commissioning helps in-house special machinery and also HEITEC customers to ensure competitiveness.
In addition to great speakers, you will have the opportunity to talk to your peers and to several system integrators and consulting firms over drinks during the closing networking market!

The event is organized by Axini, Cordis SUITE and ISG Stuttgart, leaders in model based systems engineering. Together we showcase the broad possibilities in which MBSE can be applied and how it impacts software quality.
Founded in 2007 and based in Amsterdam, Axini helps to deliver complex software products on time without concessions on quality. Our unique testing platform gives early insights in potential issues and prevents surprises late in the project. The Axini approach is based on more than 30 years of academic research and is proven to work at the complex systems of, among others, ProRail, Achmea and Thermo Fisher Scientific. This way, reliable software is guaranteed, no matter how complex.
Cordis was founded in 2000 and has offices in Eindhoven the Netherlands and Málaga Spain, where the product ‘Cordis SUITE’ is developed. Cordis SUITE offers a Low-Code software development platform, based on graphical model driven software engineering, for machine-control applications. A cross-platform solution supporting PLC-controllers from Siemens, BoschRexroth, Beckhoff, Lenze as well as Embedded-controllers running on C# Linux/Windows. Cordis SUITE provides a software development solution that allows the development process to focus strictly on the design (the structure and behavior) of the machine and not on the coding implementation.
Located in Stuttgart, ISG Industrielle Steuerungstechnik GmbH employs 80 engineers and specialists in the fields of digitalization and automation for mechanical and plant engineering. The software company offers digital solutions for engineering to national and international technology partners. In addition to the CNC solution ISG-kernel, the simulation technology ISG-virtuos enables continuous digital engineering and virtual commissioning with the help of a "digital twin". The subsidiaries TwinStore GmbH and ISG-solutions GmbH extend the portfolio with an online store for pre-built 4D simulation models and a variety of services in the field of simulation technology.
